Overview

Within Il Pastaio we have a dedicated Quality Assurance team who oversee the systems and procedures in the production and manufacturing of food.
Members of the QA team are responsible for implementing, monitoring and updating our Food Safety Program, which follows the Food Standards code set by FSANZ. Il Pastaio is HACCP certified and regularly audited to maintain rigorous Quality Control. Quality is assured by:
